American journal of botany: American Journal of Botany (AJB) is an internationally renowned journal publishing innovative, significant research of interest to a wide audience of scientists in all areas of plant biology (including ecology, evolution, physiology, biodiversity, systematics, development, genetics, paleobotany, structure and function), all levels of organisation (ecosystem to molecular), and all organisms studied by botanical researchers (including land plants, algae, fungi, lichen, cyanobacteria).

Curtis's botanical magazine: Curtis's Botanical Magazine is the longest running botanical periodical featuring colour illustrations of plants. Each four-part volume of the Magazine contains 24 botanically precise plant portraits reproduced from watercolour originals by some of the world's leading botanical artists. The magazine publishes detailed but readable texts combine horticultural and botanical information with such topics as history, conservation, ecology and economic uses of a world-wide range of plants.

Horticultural plant journal: Horticultural Plant Journal (HPJ) is an OPEN ACCESS international journal. HPJ publishes research related to all horticultural plants, including fruits, vegetables, ornamental plants, tea plants, and medicinal plants, etc. The journal covers all aspects of horticultural crop sciences, including germplasm resources, genetics and breeding, tillage and cultivation, physiology and biochemistry, ecology, genomics, biotechnology, plant protection, postharvest processing, etc. Article types include original research papers, reviews, and short communications, etc. The strict peer-review procedure guarantees the academic level and helps raise the reputation of the journal.

Horticulture journal: The Horticulture Journal (Hort. J.), which has been renamed from the Journal of the Japanese Society for Horticultural Science (JJSHS) since 2015, has been published with the primary objective of enhancing access to research information offered by the Japanese Society for Horticultural Science, which was founded for the purpose of advancing research and technology related to the production, distribution, and processing of horticultural crops. Since the first issue of JJSHS in 1925, Hort. J./JJSHS has been central to the publication of study results from researchers of an extensive range of horticultural crops, including fruit trees, vegetables, and ornamental plants. The journal is highly regarded overseas as well, and is ranked equally with journals of European and American horticultural societies.

Plant biology: Published on behalf of the German Society for Plant Sciences and the Royal Botanical Society of the Netherlands, Plant Biology is an international journal of broad scope bringing together different subdisciplines, such as physiology, molecular biology, cell biology, development, genetics, systematics, ecology, evolution, ecophysiology, plant-microbe interactions, and mycology.

Postharvest biology and technology: The journal is devoted exclusively to the publication of original papers, review articles and frontiers articles on biological and technological postharvest research. This includes the areas of postharvest storage, treatments and underpinning mechanisms, quality evaluation, packaging, handling and distribution of fresh horticultural crops including fruit, vegetables, flowers and nuts, but excluding grains, seeds and forages.
